Kummooyeh, also known as Korean swordsmanship, is an ancient martial art focused on traditional sword techniques, archery, and mental discipline. Originating from Korea, it includes mastery of the "Gum" (sword) and “Moo” (martial arts), emphasizing balance, control, and precision.

Forms (Gumbup: Like other martial arts, Kummooyeh incorporates patterns or forms that help students refine techniques, build muscle memory, and improve fluidity. These forms, include sequences of movements that simulate combat situations.
Archery: Traditional Korean archery is an integral part of Kummooyeh training. Students learn to shoot arrows with precision, typically using a traditional Korean bow. This practice builds focus, breathing control, and mental discipline.
