Team Tryouts

What to Expect / Requirements

• Sparring gear is required

• Bring water

• Eat a light breakfast beforehand

• Be on time and ready to train

Please be advised: this is not an easy tryout.
Students will be pushed physically and mentally. Drills are hard and demanding, and participants will be challenged to push beyond their comfort limits. This tryout is designed to test focus, discipline, effort, and resilience.
